Art from Africa works according to the folowing terms and conditions:

Information Handling and Privacy
All information you submit to Art from Africa will be treated with the utmost care, will not be stored on any public accessible server (except the email server until your information has been retreived by us), and will not be given to any third party, unless you have given prior permission. Art from Africa will not send you any unsollicited email or other mailings.

Prices
The prices stated are prices inclusive packing, transport by sea and transport insurance for the full value of the object, unless otherwise stated. Our prices are valid for 30 days after date of submission.

Payment
Payment in advance shall be effected via a telegraphic transfer, cheque or credit card according to the instructions stated.

Delivery Period
The delivery period stated by Art from Africa are indicative, as they depend mostly on transport by contracted third parties.

Warranty
Art from Africa will take the utmost care in handling and packing of the goods to avoid any damage. In case the goods are not received in the original state, please contact us at sales@art-from-africa.com within 7 days from receipt, in order to agree upon the corrective actions. In case of damage reported within 7 days after receipt, Art from Africa garantuees to repair or replace or refund the goods upon return.
